    About this skill

    Brand briefs often list several versions and media requirements. This local Skill calls a deterministic Python checker against a JSON manifest that you fill from the real brief. It returns a per-file report with the specific items to fix or manually review. A CLI and optional local MCP tool are included. Media stays on your computer; video metadata uses an installed ffprobe executable.

    Included: companion SKILL.md, standalone Python core, CLI, optional stdio MCP adapter, example manifest, documentation and sample validation tests included in the customer ZIP. Requires Python 3.11+ and separately installed trusted FFmpeg ffprobe for videos. Video checks use a private temporary copy and may need up to 4 GiB temporary free disk per asset. The tool checks at most 100 manifest assets, 4 GiB per file and 16 GiB total hashed bytes.

    The tool does not inspect creative quality, speech, captions on screen, disclosures, usage rights, or client approval. It does not infer technical requirements from prose. PASS means only the buyer-declared file and metadata checks passed.
