About this skill
What it does
- Implements an OllamaProvider against the OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with the same method signature as the paid providers.
- Shares the typed error taxonomy and retry policy so callers cannot tell which provider answered.
- Adds token accounting so local runs show up in the same usage numbers.
- Needs no API key, so a pipeline that ends here never fully stops.

Known limitations
