Mateusz Piekut here, I founded Saiokatta AB, a Swedish company that develops games with the help of AI. I love agentic workflows and I built Vektaskill for my own work. Vektaskill is a skill for Claude Code and OpenAI Codex that independently verifies software before you approve it. It examines code, tests, runtime behavior, security and dependencies, and checks claims like "done", "fixed" or "tested" against real evidence. Use it to review a single change, decide whether a project phase is ready to close, or assess a whole product. It does not replace human review, but it gives you a clear, evidence-based report to decide on.
